Yangon - Bagan - Mandalay - Yangon

6 Days and 5 Nights

Day (1) Yangon

Arrival, welcome by our tour guide at the Yangon International airport and transfer to hotel. City tour including Chaukhtatkyi Pagoda (Huge Reclining Buddha), Kohtatkyi Pagoda, visit Indian town, China town and colonial style downtown area Yangon, once known as the most beautiful city in southeast Asia, Karaweik Royal Barge at Kandawgyi Lake and sunset at World Famous Shwedagon Pagoda. Overnight at Hotel.

Day(2) Yangon - Bagan

Morning flight to Bagan. Whole day sightseeing Nyaung U local Market, Bagan highlights- Ananda Temple, That Byin Nyu Pagoda, Dhammayangyi, Sulamani Temple, Shwezigon Padoga, Myanmar famous lacquer ware workshop in Bagan. Evening enjoy the sunset from Mingalar Zedi. Overnight at Hotel.

Day(3) Bagan

Whole day sightseeing Gawdawpalin Temple, Gubyaukgyi Temple, Manuha Temple, Shwesandaw Pagoda, visit one of the villages and enjoy the sunset from Ayerwaddy River by boat. Overnight at Hotel.

Day(4) Bagan - Mandalay

Flight to Mandalay. Proceed to transfer Amarapura, visit Maha Gandayon Monastery, U Pein Bridge. After lunch check in hotel, proceed for sightseeing Mandalay. Tour highlight includes; Mahamuni Pagoda, Shwe Nan Daw Monastery, Kuthodaw Pagoda. Overnight at Hotel.

Day (5) Mandalay

Proceed to Sagaing a former royal capital and the spiritual centre of Myanmar. Hundreds of Stupas, monasteries, temples and nunneries are to be found in Sagaing Hills. Thousand of monks and nuns retreat here for meditation. Visit Soon U Ponnya Shin Pagoda and Kaungmudaw Pagoda, silver –smith industry and return to Mandalay. Mandalay Tour highlights- handicrafts such as stone carving, bronze casting, wood carving and then enjoy the sunset from the top of Mandalay Hill. Overnight at Mandalay.

Day (6) Mandalay - Yangon - Departure

Take morning flight to Yangon, visit in the city tour including Sule Pagoda, Botataung Pagoda and enjoy shopping at Scott Market (Bogyoke Aung San Market; closed on every Monday). Transfer to airport for return flight.
